When working with a new client I always ask them this question first. What is so great about your company? This is a very important question because if you the business owner cannot answer it quickly with a gleam in your eye it’s time to think about it hard. Why would Joe anyone come to you for business or be sold by your sales staff if you are not. I find myself asking this question all the time. It keeps me on my toes as well as makes me proud of my companies’ differences.
